John McCaskey

John McCaskey serves as a Senior IT Specialist at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since January 2010, providing leadership in support of remote sites within the National Capital Region and managing enterprise network monitoring tools. Previously, John held the position of IT Specialist, leading a Unix team in system administration for Solaris and Linux while also acting as the primary government point of contact for operating system support. Before joining the FBI, John worked at the Defense Information Systems Agency as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist. John obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Math from Penn State University and earned a Department of Defense Chief Information Officer Certificate from National Defense University.
