Tim Lucey currently serves as the Chief Division Counsel and Supervisory Special Agent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of attorneys and paralegals while acting as the Chief Ethics, Privacy, and Policy Officer for the FBI’s largest field office. Tim has a robust background in investigating money laundering, bank fraud, and complex frauds as part of the Health Care Fraud Task Force and brings extensive experience in national security matters. Prior to joining the FBI, Tim worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, focusing on felony narcotics offenses. Tim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Sociology from SUNY Geneseo.
