Claudio Ribeiro is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in operations and management. As the Managing Director and Owner of Federal Cafe & Bar since December 2014, Claudio oversees all aspects of the business. Prior to this role, Claudio served as Operations Manager at Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre from December 2011 to December 2016 and held similar positions at Accor Hotels from April 2009 to December 2011, where responsibilities included both Operations Manager and Front of House Manager. Claudio obtained a degree in Hotel Techniques and Management from EHTP, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2003.
