Svetlana S. Gans is a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since April 2022 and holds numerous leadership roles within the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section, including Committee Officer, Marketing Officer, and Council Member. Gans also serves as the Managing Co-Chair of the Diversity Pipeline Program at the Federal Communications Bar Association, aimed at supporting diverse law students in technology and media law. Previously, Gans was President of The WICT Network: Washington DC/Baltimore and a Board Member at the Alliance for Women in Media. With a background at the Federal Trade Commission, Gans held positions such as Chief of Staff and Attorney Advisor, focusing on competition and consumer protection matters. Gans began their career with law firms like Kilpatrick Stockton and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, specializing in antitrust and complex litigation. Gans earned a JD with honors from the University of Denver, College of Law in 2001.
