Brian Donnelly

Brian Donnelly is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in information technology and systems development, primarily within government agencies. Currently serving as the Integrated Program Manager for ULS Modernization at the Federal Communications Commission since July 2020, Brian has been instrumental in modernizing the FCC's Universal Licensing System. Previous roles include Senior Information Technology Program Manager at Federal Acquisition Strategies, Senior Project Manager at Systems Integration and Development, and Program Manager at Earth Resources Technology, where leadership was provided on significant contracts for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and other federal entities. Brian holds an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, along with a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
