Jonathan McCormack has extensive experience in regulatory and legal roles within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Broadband Data Task Force at the Federal Communications Commission since September 2013. McCormack has held multiple leadership positions at the FCC, including Acting Deputy Division Chief and Deputy Chair of the Broadband Data Task Force, and has contributed to the Industry Analysis Division and Data Division within the Office of Economics and Analytics. Prior to joining the FCC, McCormack worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Validated Cloud and in various engineering roles at MUSA Technology Partners, LLC. Educationally, McCormack holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in International and Global Studies with a focus on East Asian Studies from Brandeis University, supplemented by studies at Sophia University in Japan.
