Adam Lin is a seasoned quantitative risk specialist currently working at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since December 2023. Previously, Lin served as Senior Director of Quantitative Modeling at PenFed Credit Union from 2020 to 2023, where leadership responsibilities included developing and implementing CECL models to prepare the organization for compliance. Prior to that, Lin held the position of Senior Vice President of Quantitative Analytics at Wells Fargo between 2013 and 2020, where strategic oversight was provided for various risk model initiatives, including CCAR and Basel models. Lin's career began at ING Direct, serving as Head of Credit Analytics from 2005 to 2012. Adam Lin holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Arizona.
