Ashley Elder

Ashley Elder, MSHRD, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP, HCS, SWP, is a seasoned professional in benefits administration and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Benefits Operations at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation since December 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing employee and retiree benefits administration and managing various federal programs. Prior roles include Program Manager providing HR consulting for multiple government departments, Manager at Government Consultant, and Program Director at NetStar-1, where oversight of large teams and human capital strategy was critical. Ashley began a career in the United States Air Force and contributed as a Senior Officials Inquiry/Investigations Officer at the Pentagon, managing significant investigations.
