Julia Paris

Julia Paris is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as a Senior Cross Border Specialist in the International Planning & Outreach Branch at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since August 2004. Previously, Julia held various roles at the FDIC including Counsel and Honors Attorney, and worked as a Law Clerk at the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims from September 2001 to August 2004. Julia's career began as a Research Associate at The Advisory Board Company from July 1996 to August 1998. Julia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Penn State Dickinson Law (1998-2001) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Penn State University.
