Monica Flint

Monica Flint is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong focus on disability and diversity programs within federal agencies. Currently serving as a Team Lead in Recruitment at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since September 2016, Monica has driven strategic initiatives for disability employment and improved demographic data reporting. Previously, Monica held the position of Disability Employment Program Manager at USAID, where agency-wide diversity initiatives were implemented. Monica's contributions at the Department of Homeland Security led to exceeding veteran employment goals, and early career roles included HR Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and HR Coordinator at the Advisory Board. Monica holds a degree from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
