Rosalind Bennett has extensive experience in economic research and banking, currently serving as the Executive Program Director and previously as the Associate Director at the Center for Financial Research at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since July 2018. Prior to this role, Rosalind was the Chief of Banking Research and Senior Economist at the FDIC from September 1997. Earlier career experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank from 1988 to 1991. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Money and Banking, Econometrics from UCLA, a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics, also from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
