Caitlan Hendrickson

Caitlan Hendrickson is an experienced professional in human relations and alternative dispute resolution, currently serving as an Ombuds for FEMA since November 2021. Founded Mutuality Realized LLC, operating as Caitlan Anne Consulting, in 2008, providing a range of services such as coaching, mediation, and organizational development. Previously directed the Office of the Ombuds at the University of Arizona, managing conflict resolution services for a diverse community. At the University of Oregon, Caitlan led Conflict Resolution Services, facilitated trainings, and coordinated a Small Claims Mediation Clinic. Additional roles include multicultural outreach coordination, bilingual assessment, and interpretation services. Caitlan holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and multiple degrees and certificates related to education and human relations from Northern Arizona University and the University of Oregon.
