Cynthia Spishak

Cynthia Spishak has extensive experience in federal policy and program analysis, currently serving as the Associate Administrator of Policy, Program Analysis, and International Affairs at FEMA since May 2014. Throughout their career at FEMA, Cynthia has held several key positions, including Deputy Assistant Administrator for Federal Insurance and Acting Assistant Administrator for Fund Management. Additionally, Cynthia served as a Senior Advisor for the White House COVID-19 Response Team and was a Deputy Director at the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior roles include Executive Officer at FEMA and Senior Supply Chain Consultant at IBM Global Business Services. Cynthia holds a BBA in Operations and Information Technology with a minor in Art and Art History from William & Mary.
