Humberto Ventura

Humberto Ventura serves as the CRC Development Lead at FEMA, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic training initiatives to improve operational effectiveness in the Public Assistance program and implementing various innovative learning solutions. Previous experience includes directing field operations as the Infrastructure Branch Director for the Atlantic Region at FEMA, managing disaster recovery efforts and large-scale project grants. Prior to FEMA, Humberto Ventura was a Program Manager at SHINE Systems, leading global teams of Palantir Field Service Representatives. A former US Army Civil Affairs Officer, Humberto Ventura specialized in Latin America and supported combat and stabilization operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, studies at the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida International University.
