Julia Moline

Julia Moline is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics operations and disaster recovery management, currently serving as the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Logistics Operations at FEMA since June 2013. Moline has held various leadership roles, including Chief and Deputy Branch Chief of the Public Assistance Program Delivery Branch, where responsibilities included developing performance frameworks and managing strategic agency partnerships. Previous positions at MIT Humanitarian Response Laboratory, Dewberry, and several governmental entities provided Moline with a strong foundation in research, project engineering, and emergency management. Moline holds a Master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics from Columbia University.
