Norma Iris Mojica-Rios

Norma Iris Mojica-Rios, BA, MAS, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Human Resource Assistant with the U.S. Army National Guard since March 2006, where responsibilities include managing personnel processes, preparing reports, and processing military documentation. In addition, Norma serves as a Senior Data Entry specialist with the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development, and holds positions with FEMA as both a Logistics Management Specialist and Emergency Manager since 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Team Leader for the New Jersey Army Honor Guard and as a Human Resource Specialist for the US Army, alongside administrative roles at Wachovia Securities Financial Network. Norma earned a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, complemented by multiple degrees in Business Administration and Liberal Arts.
