Patrick Flynn, MEP, has extensive experience in emergency management and training across various organizations. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at DHS/FEMA since June 2019 and as an Emergency Management Specialist at the Federal Emergency Management Agency since October 2015, Patrick previously worked as an Emergency Management Specialist at the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency from February 2008 to October 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing training and exercises for emergency management personnel. Prior experience includes 13 years as the President and Lead Consultant of En-Fuse, Inc., focusing on environmental, health, and safety training, along with a stint as a Training Consultant at AETC. Patrick began a career in the United States Navy/Submarine Service, retiring in 1989 as a Mess Management Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island.
