Russell Fox

Russell Fox is a seasoned professional in emergency preparedness and disaster management, currently serving as the Federal Preparedness Coordinator and Director of the National Preparedness Division at FEMA, Region II, since 2001. Fox has held various key positions within FEMA, including Branch Chief of Analysis and Integration, Regional Continuity Manager, Regional Training Manager, and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. Prior to joining FEMA, Fox worked with the Peace Corps from 1995 to 2001 as a Training and Security/Natural Disaster Desk Officer, and from 1988 to 1990 as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Russell Fox's educational background includes studies at Columbia University and Northeastern University.
