Timothy Pheil

Timothy Pheil currently serves as a Federal Coordinating Officer at FEMA since May 2020. Prior to this role, Timothy held the position of Senior Project Manager for the Reserve Component Management System at Arrowpoint Corporation from July 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included business development for Army and Department of Defense programs. Timothy's earlier experience includes serving as the Chief of Joint Military Personnel Policy at the National Guard Bureau from July 2015 to July 2016, where duties involved representing senior leadership on military policy matters. Timothy Pheil earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University.
