Doug Roe has extensive experience in energy regulation, currently serving as Branch Chief in the Office of Energy Market Regulation at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since 2006, focusing on electric matters and energy market rules in the Eastern U.S. Prior to this role, Doug Roe worked as an Economist/Researcher at the Center for Economic Forecasting and Analysis, where data sets were developed and regression analysis was performed to assess climate change impacts on Florida's coasts. Additionally, Doug Roe held a supervisory position at Albertsons from 2003 to 2006, managing dairy and frozen departments while balancing full-time education. Doug Roe holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Economics from Florida State University.
