Josh Hurwitz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Mediator and Attorney Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since December 2008, Hurwitz has specialized in energy law and regulatory matters. Additionally, Hurwitz has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Associate Professor at American University Washington College of Law from January 2015 to May 2019, teaching courses on energy regulation and negotiation skills.
