Julie Graf possesses extensive experience in energy regulation and environmental policy. Since May 2008, Julie has been with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, currently serving as the Deputy Director in the Central Division of the Office of Energy Market Regulation, overseeing a team of analysts and reviewing complex electric filings across various topics, including energy markets and emerging technologies. Prior to this role, Julie held positions as a Senior Energy Industry Analyst and Energy Industry Analyst, focusing primarily on wholesale electricity markets. The academic background includes a Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington, alongside undergraduate studies in Food, Agricultural, and Biological Engineering at The Ohio State University.
