Erin Martin, CFA has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Erin started their career at Equilar as a Research Analyst from 2003 to 2005. Erin then joined Credit Suisse as a Fixed Income Research Associate from 2008 to 2010. Afterward, Erin joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, where they held various positions. Erin worked as a Senior Mortgage Valuation Analyst from 2010 to 2012, then as a Mortgage Valuation Manager from 2013 to 2015. Erin was later promoted to Vice President, Director of Credit and Collateral Analytics and Valuation from 2016 to 2018, and finally as a First Vice President, Director of Credit and Collateral Analytics and Valuation from 2019 to present. Erin's expertise lies in credit and collateral analytics, valuation, and mortgage valuation in particular.
Erin Martin, CFA completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics at Brown University from 1996 to 2000. Erin then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Physics at the University of California, Berkeley from 2001 to 2003. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2008, Erin attended the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Quantitative and Computational Finance (MS QCF) with a focus in Finance. Erin Martin also holds the prestigious CFA Charterholder designation, awarded by the CFA Institute in 2014.
