Pascal Bouchard has extensive work experience in data integration, particularly in the field of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) architecture. Pascal started their career as an Information Technology Consultant at Fujitsu Consulting, where they designed DataStage programming standards and ensured quality and standards compliance. Pascal then joined the Florida Department of Education, where they served as a Systems Project Analyst and later as a Data Warehouse ETL Manager. In these roles, they developed an identity matching algorithm, integrated new data sources into the data warehouse, and implemented high stakes accountability data sources. Pascal also worked as a Contractor for TEK Systems, serving as an ETL Administrator for Elavon, Inc. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Data Integration at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
Pascal Bouchard obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998.
