Dana Gibbs has worked for multiple companies throughout their career. Dana began their work experience in 1996 at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where they held the role of Wires Manager until 2000. In 2003, they joined RBC Royal Bank as a Project Manager. Dana then moved to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago in 2004, starting as AVP in Operations Administration & Finance, and later took on various roles including AVP Business Continuity Manager, AVP Project Manager, and VP Risk Compliance and Business Continuity Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Manager of Regulatory Affairs at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago.

Dana Gibbs studied Business Administration at the University of Illinois Springfield from 1988 to 1991. Afterward, they pursued further education in Project Management at The George Washington University.
