Rebecca Lichter

Rebecca Lichter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as Business Analysis Manager and Vice President at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since August 2012, Rebecca previously held roles as Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager Consultant at Modis, where responsibilities included managing project plans for significant client migrations at JP Morgan Chase. In addition, Rebecca contributed as a Volunteer Program Alumni Mentor at i.c.stars, providing coaching and mentoring on career development. Prior experience at Accenture spanned over a decade, where Rebecca managed various IT projects, cultivated customer relationships, and led initiatives to improve corporate travel systems. Educationally, Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
