Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Scott most recently served as the Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since April 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits at Gogo from July 2014 to April 2018. Scott also worked as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at General Growth Properties from March 2013 to July 2014. Scott Taylor has also held senior management roles in compensation at Abbott and TMK IPSCO. Scott started their career as a Case Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Scott Taylor attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science. Following that, they enrolled at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 1999 and completed their first year of study in law in 2000.
