Tom Harper

Tom Harper is an accomplished executive in internal audit with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and General Auditor at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since June 2005, Tom Harper is responsible for leading the internal audit department and implementing best practices within a highly regulated environment. Prior to this role, Tom Harper held significant positions at J.P. Morgan and Bank One, focusing on internal audit across various sectors, including Corporate, Commercial, International, and Capital Markets & Technology. Tom Harper's earlier experience includes roles at First National Bank of Chicago, BZW, and KPMG UK, where comprehensive expertise in banking and technology audit was developed. Educationally, Tom Harper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Imperial College London.
