Sally Nelson

Sally Nelson has a distinguished career spanning several decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas since January 2014, Sally chairs the Cybersecurity Sub Committee and participates in several committees including HR and Executive Compensation, Audit, Strategic Planning, and Compensation. Between 2008 and the present, Sally has held the position of Retired CEO at Huntsville Memorial Hospital. Previous experience includes being a Board Member and Officer at both the Red Cross Houston Branch and United Way Houston from 1999 to 2005, and serving as EVP, CFO, and CIO at Texas Children's Hospital from 1986 to 2004. Earlier in the career, Sally worked as a Senior Manager at Peat Marwick. Sally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Louisiana State University, earned between 1971 and 1975.
