Steven Matkovich

Steven Matkovich has over two decades of experience in affordable housing management and analysis. Currently serving as AHP Rental Project Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas since May 2006, Matkovich supervises a team of analysts and oversees the review of development budgets and financial documentation. Previously, as a Senior Affordable Housing Analyst at the same institution, Matkovich provided technical assistance to various organizations and analyzed budgets and financial statements. Earlier professional experience includes the role of Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where Matkovich analyzed AHP applications for compliance and feasibility. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from the University of Illinois Chicago.
