Archana Parashar

Archana Parashar, Ph.D., has extensive experience in data analytics and risk management, currently serving as the Credit Risk Data Analytics Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since July 2015, with previous roles including Lead Data and Reporting Analyst, Lead Analyst in Capital Markets, and Developer. Prior to this, Archana contributed to software development as a Software Development Engineer at NextEra Analytics from June 2014 to June 2015. Academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering (Bioengineering) from Iowa State University (2010-2013) and a Master's Degree from the University of Louisville (2009-2010). Additionally, Archana gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Iowa State University and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Louisville.
