Jennifer Ernst

Jennifer Ernst started their work experience in 1993 as a Case Manager at the Comprehensive Child Development Program. Jennifer then worked as a Neighborhood Stabilization Officer at the City of St. Louis in 1997. In 1998, they became an Assistant Program Officer at Impact Capital, where they collaborated with community development corporations and administered grant funds. Since 2000, Jennifer has been working at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, initially leading a team that managed and administered affordable housing and community investment products. Currently, they serve as the SVP/Director of the Western Office and Community Investment Officer, providing leadership for the bank's Advisory Council and defining the strategic direction for affordable housing and community investment products.
