Kevin Neylan is the SVP & CFO at Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including stints at Scient, OnGain.com, KPMG LLP, and Gemini Consulting. Kevin has a proven track record of developing and executing solutions to complex problems and helping companies achieve their strategic goals. Kevin is a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards of directors, and has deep knowledge of the financial services sector. Kevin is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and has a master’s degree in finance from Columbia University.

Kevin Neylan completed a BS in Business Management and Kevin'story from St. John's University before going on to complete an MS in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
