Shirley Lemus

Shirley Lemus possesses extensive experience in credit operations and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Credit Operations professional at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since April 2015. Prior roles include Center Manager and Loan Officer at Grameen Bank, Project Director at Grameen PrimaCare, and Director of Projects at Grameen Research, where Shirley focused on microfinance initiatives. Additionally, Shirley has experience as a teaching assistant at both Universidad Francisco Marroquín and Universidad del Istmo, and co-founded the Fomenta Development Project. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Rochester – Simon Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and International Commerce from Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
