Kuyba Washington, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Kuyba started as a Training Coordinator at Spherion on premise at The Coca-Cola Company in 2002. Kuyba then moved on to FHLBank Pittsburgh where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. From there, they transitioned to LANXESS Corporation as a Manager of Human Resources for NAFTA. Kuyba'smost recent role was as the Head of Human Resources, North America at ARLANXEO. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh. Throughout their career, Kuyba has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, leadership development, and optimizing organizational effectiveness.

Kuyba Washington, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP holds a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, Kuyba has obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and sHRBP. Kuyba also completed executive education programs at Wharton Executive Education and Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
