Maxine Moir

Maxine Moir has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and cultural transformation. Maxine currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer & Head Internal Communications, Executive Vice President at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President at the same organization from February 2020 to July 2023.

Before joining the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Moir held various roles at Bank of America, including Human Resources Executive, Senior Vice President for the West Region Operations and Business Banking divisions. Maxine also served as the Human Resources Executive, Senior Vice President for Commercial Banking West Region, overseeing a sales force of 800 employees.

Moir's experience also includes roles at BlackRock, where they worked as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, and the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they served as a Human Resources Executive, Senior Vice President supporting Enterprise Integration Executive for driving cultural transformation across eight major lines of business.

Additionally, Moir joined Chief in October 2021 as the Chief Member, contributing to the development and support of senior women leaders.

Throughout their career, Moir has demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational design, cultural integration, performance management, and driving incremental revenue for companies.

Maxine Moir completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Career & Life Planning from California State University, Chico. Maxine attended the university from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their degree, Maxine has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Maxine successfully obtained a DEI Certificate from eCornell in December 2021 and earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in May 2017.
