Anise Deters is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning & Development Business Partner at Honeywell, managing learning strategies for the aerospace division, and a Manager of Learning and Development at Payless ShoeSource, where Anise contributed to initiatives in a leading global footwear retailer. Anise held previous positions as Director of Learning and Development at Newcomer Funeral Service Group, and in various roles at Payless ShoeSource. Anise began a career in training management at FIRST HORIZON MSAVER, focusing on comprehensive new-hire training programs. Anise holds a Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Kansas.
