Gillian Carroll

Gillian Carroll is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public communications and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst for Communications at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since July 2023, Gillian has a strong background from the DOI Office of Inspector General, where roles included Associate Director for Communications, Communications Specialist, Web Manager, and Writer-Editor from August 2009 to July 2023. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed managing editorial content, public communications, website management, and editing various reports for multiple stakeholders. Earlier experience includes serving as Communications and Marketing Coordinator at Venture House Productions - Kastle Tennis and an internship at Susan Davis International. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with minors in Journalism, French, Philosophy, and Religious Studies from Christopher Newport University.
