Howard Bartlow

Howard Bartlow is a Senior Systems Engineer with experience in driving systems engineering for key infrastructure and services at FHFA. Howard collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support records retention, rights management, and effective communications. Prior to FHFA, Howard worked as a Team Lead for Windows Hosting Services at NIH and as a Senior Systems Engineer at the Arizona Department of Revenue. Howard holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
