Miriam Smolen

Miriam Smolen is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Deputy General Counsel at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since April 2015, where oversight of legal work supporting regulatory and supervisory responsibilities is a key focus. Prior roles at FHFA included Deputy General Counsel for Litigation, managing significant litigation matters, and Associate General Counsel, providing legal support related to the supervision of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
