Jennifer Stout

Jennifer Stout is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Deputy General Counsel at Flagstar Bank since February 2008, Jennifer oversees litigation management, directs a team of attorneys across multiple regional offices, and manages a national portfolio of complex cases, including class actions and regulatory matters. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, where notable achievements included leading the Civil Asset Forfeiture department and collaborating with law enforcement on organized crime investigations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
