Rebecca Cohen has extensive experience in housing policy and finance, currently serving at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since January 2019. Rebecca's roles include overseeing the FHLBank System at 100 initiative, monitoring Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s obligations to underserved markets, and contributing to the development of the new Fintech office. Previous experience includes positions at Abt Associates, the Bipartisan Policy Center as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Housing Commission, and the National Housing Conference as a Senior Research Associate. Educational credentials include a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
