Takisha Ramos-Koonce

Takisha Ramos-Koonce, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Supervisory Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager and previously as Human Capital Manager at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since March 2004, Takisha has been instrumental in shaping HR strategies. Prior to this, Takisha worked as an HR Specialist at DISA from August 1997 to March 2004, and as an HR Assistant at the Department of Navy from June 1992 to August 1997. This diverse background has equipped Takisha with comprehensive expertise in various aspects of human capital management.
