Tiffany Carter

Tiffany Carter is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for the Core Team at Federal Industries since August 2025, Tiffany has held various roles in different organizations, including Continuous Improvement Manager at TekniPlex and SHINE Technologies, where Tiffany led initiatives in GMP environments. Previous experience includes positions as Manufacturing Engineer at Phoenix, LLC, Project Engineer at FEECO International, and Mechanical Engineer at Miller Electric Mfg. Co., among others, demonstrating a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, and process improvement. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, obtained in 2014.
