William Osborne

William Osborne has extensive experience in cybersecurity and health IT systems, currently serving as Director of Health IT Systems and Program Manager for DHA Test and Evaluation Services at Federal IT Consulting since November 2019. Prior to this role, William was a Senior Principal Cybersecurity Engineer at Mercer Engineering Research Center for 24 years, where responsibilities included the implementation of security controls and risk management for Department of Defense systems. William also held the position of Senior Division Manager overseeing a software development team and worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Mercer University, teaching cybersecurity topics. William's military service includes a tenure as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1995. William holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
