Federal Laboratory Consortium
Formally chartered by the Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986 (15 U.S.C. §3710), the FLC’s mission is to promote, educate and facilitate federal technology transfer among its member labs and institutions so they can easily reach their mission goals, and impact society and the economy with new innovative technologies. Through easy-to-use, cross-agency resources, education and training, tools and services the FLC creates and provides for our nation, federal labs are better able to create public-private partnerships, navigate the commercialization process, and help companies achieve market success.
