Carroll Thomas

Carroll Thomas, MBA, is an accomplished leader in management consulting and technology transfer, currently serving as President of CHARLES IN CHARGE LLC, where strategic direction and consultation services are provided to various organizations. Thomas is also a National Advisory Council Member for the Federal Laboratory Consortium, offering insights to facilitate the commercial application of federal technologies. Other significant roles include Board Member positions at MxD and the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation, as well as Advisory Board Membership for For ClimateTech. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor and Director at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and as Associate Administrator at the Small Business Administration.
