Frances Gacho

Frances Gacho serves as Marketing Manager at Federal Land, Inc. since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading marketing strategies for township developments and commercial businesses while managing a team of six. Prior to this, Frances held positions at Ayala Land Inc., starting as a Marketing Intern and progressing to Marketing Senior Associate, then Marketing Associate Manager for the Ayala Land Estates Group, overseeing key projects in Central Luzon and the North Estates from March 2018 to November 2022. Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of Santo Tomas, with earlier education at St. Scholastica's College, Manila.
