Christopher P. is a skilled law enforcement professional with extensive experience in training and security roles. Currently serving as a Course Developer and Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers since January 2024, Christopher has also been involved with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since August 2002, holding a position requiring TS Clearance. As the CEO of Purdy-Hill Security Consultants since June 2017, Christopher leads initiatives in active shooter preparedness, physical security, and IT security training. Prior to these roles, Christopher served as a Maritime Law Enforcement Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard from January 2005 to June 2013, gaining expertise in maritime law enforcement and security operations. Academic credentials include a Master’s of Criminal Justice from Florida State University, a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice and Homeland Security from Mississippi College.

In addition, FLETC provides training and training resources to state, local, tribal, territorial, campus, and international law enforcement.
