Jennifer Tocco possesses extensive experience in federal law enforcement and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Chief of Staff at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers since January 2008, with roles including Senior Policy and Project Analyst, Strategic Planning Program Manager, and Management & Program Analyst. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Donor Relations Director at The Salvation Army from May 2005 to June 2007 and served as Assistant Director at The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children from May 1999 to May 2005. An academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from Valdosta State University, a Master of Education in Educational Policy from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Drew University.

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) serves as an interagency law enforcement training organization for more than 118 federal agencies or participating organizations. In addition, FLETC provides training and training resources to state, local, tribal, territorial, campus, and international law enforcement. As a Component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FLETC’s mission is crucial for our Nation’s protection.
